All Ελένη arrangements are handcrafted luxury preserved roses.
Due to the delicate and hygienic nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless the item is damaged or faulty.


2. Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.


3. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect address provided

  • Personalized or custom-made items

  • Minor natural variations in preserved roses (each rose is unique)


4. Refund Process

If approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.


5. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase.
After processing begins, cancellation may not be possible.
